I really like this ballet inspired workout. It's simple to follow right from the start. It's relatively light compared to some other DVD workouts, not a lot of reps per exercise, definitely a no dread factor kind of workout but yet I could feel my muscles working... now that's my kind of workout. Kind of unique too, some exercises I've never done before. I like that there was stretching in-between here and there. Melissa as an instructor is pleasant and very easy to follow. I enjoyed it and I can see myself reaching for it often! I hope Melissa makes more ballet workouts! M.C., Canada
