Melissa Hill has devoted the better part of her life to the movement arts as both a professional ballet dancer and instructor. She has over twenty years of experience teaching all ages and levels of dance. She has owned and operated a successful dance studio in Pennsylvania for over ten years.
The Dancer’s Body program originated as a Ballet Body Shaping class, created by Melissa, held locally that enjoyed tremendous popularity, filling classes for the past several years. Students were so enthusiastic about the unique exercises and the results they were getting that they requested a video they could do in the convenience of their homes. Thus began, A Dancer’s Body.
This program is not a dance class. No ballet knowledge is necessary and no ballet terminology is used so as to keep the program beginner friendly.
